  1. Administrative Support:
    • Manage daily calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
    • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the agent/investor.
    • Prepare and manage documents, contracts, and agreements.
    • Maintain and organize records of transactions, properties, and leads.
    • Assist with CRM management, updating client details, and tracking communications.
  2. Transaction Coordination:
    • Oversee the contract-to-close process to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
    • Liaise between buyers, sellers, and escrow companies.
    • Schedule and coordinate inspections, appraisals, and closings.
    • Track deadlines and manage compliance documentation.
  3. Client and Vendor Relations:
    • Communicate with clients on behalf of the agent/investor, ensuring timely responses.

    • Create content for and manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
    • Track metrics on marketing effectiveness and provide reports to the agent/investor.
  5. Financial Management:
    • Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and invoicing.
    • Monitor cash flow, profitability, and financial performance of property investments.
    • Manage bookkeeping tasks such as tracking commissions, paying bills, and following up on accounts receivable.
  6. Research and Data Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, potential investments, and opportunities.
    • Gather and analyze data on property values, rental rates, and potential return on investment.
    • Prepare reports on current market conditions and investment opportunities.
  7. Project Management:
    • Assist with property renovation and improvement projects, coordinating timelines and contractors.
    • Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
    • Monitor progress and report updates to the agent/investor.
  8. Licensing and Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with real estate licensing requirements and local regulations.
    • Handle renewals, updates, and ensure documentation is kept current.

  1. Operational Oversight:
    • Oversee daily operations of the real estate business, ensuring processes are streamlined.
    • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for transaction management, client onboarding, and property management.
